Triadic brings a rigorous process of study and research to each design project. We have over 40 years of combined design experience honed at award-winning practices that enable us to solve complex design problems.
Through a deep understanding of space, place, and material we seek to engage the senses and stimulate the imagination. We're intimately involved with the craft of our projects, working with builders and fabricators through every phase of design to achieve the project vision.
We provide a full range of architectural services from masterplanning and concept development to construction administration, and have experience working with historic, environmental, and planning regulatory agencies.
We are consumate professionals, but without the attitude. Architectural projects take time - We like the people we work with and believe you should enjoy your experience working with us.
Ollie Zlotnicki, Principal
Registered Architect
Ollie's career spans high-end residential and hospitality to commercial office and masterplanning. Architecture for him has always meant more than just making a building but creating complete environments that take into account all the dimensions of experience. He has over two decades of experience in design; having worked for award-winning firms CCY Architects and Schiller Projects, dabbled in film, and even served as an Executive Creative Director for a global experience marketing firm. He has served as a commisioner on the Aspen Planning and Zoning commision, giving him insight to complex planning processes and taught architectural design at the University of San Francisco. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Architecture where he was president of the ski team, and he holds a Master of Architecture from Yale University. When he's not in the office he can be found in his happy place: teaching his sons on the slopes and dreading the day they can finally out ski him.
